Project Settings Overview

Configure your project’s canvas size, frame rate, background color, and more.

The Project Settings panel is where you manage the global settings for your entire video project.

Canvas Size (Resolution)

This determines the final dimensions of your video (e.g., 1920x1080 for widescreen HD, or 1080x1920 for a vertical video). You can choose from a list of common presets for social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, or standard ratios like 4:3 and Square.

Frame Rate (FPS)

FPS stands for Frames Per Second. This sets the frame rate for the editor's live preview canvas. A higher FPS will result in smoother motion in the preview. The final exported video's FPS can be set independently in the Export panel.

Background Color

This sets the background color of the canvas. If you have clips that don't cover the entire screen, this color will be visible.

Custom Fonts

You can upload your own font files (like .ttf or .otf) to use them in your text and caption clips. This allows you to maintain consistent branding or use unique typographic styles.

API Keys

Some integrated services require an API key to function.
