Interface Overview
Learn your way around the Video Weaver editor.
The Workspace
A workspace is your saved project. It includes all your timeline information, media references, and settings. You can create multiple workspaces to manage different video projects separately. When you first open the app, you can choose an existing workspace to load or create a new one.
The Media Library
This is where all your uploaded files (videos, images, audio, Lottie animations) live. It shows file types, previews, and durations. You can upload files by clicking the upload button, dragging and dropping, or by recording directly from your camera or microphone.
The Canvas
The central area is the canvas. This is a live preview of what your final video looks like at the current time on the timeline. You can directly manipulate items on the canvas, like resizing or moving them.
The Timeline
At the bottom, the timeline shows all your clips arranged on different layers (tracks). Layers on top will cover layers below them. You can drag clips to move them in time, and drag their edges to trim them.
The Effects Panel
When you select a clip on the timeline, the right-hand panel will show all its editable properties. This includes position, scale, rotation, opacity, volume, and text styles. This is where you apply all effects and animations.
